Responsibilities:

Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, supplier performance, and logistics costs, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain supply chain models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure performance against targets.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to align supply chain strategies with business goals and objectives.
Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments to identify opportunities for supplier optimization and develop strategies to improve supplier relationships and performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Support inventory management efforts, including inventory planning, replenishment, and optimization, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain and provide recommendations for adapting strategies and processes accordingly.
Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions, such as supply chain management software and analytics tools, to streamline processes and improve data visibility and accuracy.
Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives aimed at improving supply chain performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
