Description

A leading firm in the UAE is souricng for a globally mobile CTA/ACA or equivalent, looking to move to Dubai.

This is ideal for a person from a complex Tax Jurdiscation who is akin to dealing with inbound or outbound clients on complex structring and/or m&a tax experience.

Within the role internally you will act as a major point of contact for clients and the transaction advisory services team.

You will provide proactive leadership in successful, timely and quality delivery of M&A tax & International Tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and business driven approach.

You will support the key International Tax Partner on engaging and working with key clients across tech, media and telecoms & consumer markets.

Using your managerial credentials you will be a lynch pin of support to the more junior members of the team.

As Corporate Tax is introduced into the UAE, you will work alongside the relevant team to to give confidence to the client base on the teams ability to help them navigate this change as well as support the economic substance regulations.
