Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment
with the overall business strategy.

  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating
procedures, including team restructuring.

  • Ensure the compliance with UAE HR legal requirements by studying existing
and new legislation.

  • Ensure the compliance with DMCC HR laws and regulations and the
representation of the companies in front of the free zone for all HR matters.

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including preparing job descriptions,
qualified job applicants.

  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of
high quality, providing clarity and connection for the entire staff and their role

in relation to the overall vision.

  • Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for assignments by
establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

  • Facilitate the performance management process, drive appraisal process for its
successful conclusion during probation and annual cycle, review & support

outcomes to Management for further analysis & decisions.

  • In charge of the whole visa process for employees (residence visa and
cancellation)

  • Manage employees' records, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
  • In charge of the health insurance and other companies' insurances.
  • Establish and maintain the company's HR reports and records by designing a
filing and retrieval system.

  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Report to the Company's General Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Minimum five years or more of experience in the HR Department.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Emotional intelligence & critical observation.
  • Excellent decisionmaking skills.
  • Able to work independently.
