    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads, cultivating existing relationships, and maintaining a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape. The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with our team to identify sales opportunities and develop customized solutions based on customer needs.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in real estate or property management
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
