Your tasks & responsibilities:
As a
Freelancer
Growth Marketing at Stryber you will
- Actively shape new business models from ideation, first audience interactions to demand testing, channel evaluation and go live with disruptive MVPs in highly engaging markets
- Plan and execute excellent validation and optimisation experiments in early venture phases, and drive meaningful measures with high autonomy
- Define and implement growth strategies for your ventures using a variety of Sales and Marketing tactics in later venture stages
- Generate high quality data sets from potential customers and clients to shape the venture, the solution as well as your acquisition strategy for maximum traction
- Scale successful ventures with convincing traction into broader target audiences and new markets with outstanding success
- Build all relevant digital touchpoints as well as high end Sales and Marketing material
- Optimize your acquisition strategy, experiments and campaigns to improve conversion rates and acquisition costs in addition to maximizing the CLTV
- Drill into data and translate it to actionable insights, continuously looking for new growth opportunities for your venture
- Define, validate and monitor the most meaningful KPIs of your venture as well as your acquisition and retention programs
- Convince internal and external stakeholders with your capabilities and your potential in stakeholder management and communication
- Be a key player in further developing and improving the entire Growth team together with your colleagues
About you:
- Proven track record from a Sales/Growth role in B2B / B2B2C business models with focus on
entrepreneurial mindset - Profound level of business acumen, with profound knowledge in business model metrics
- Strong planning and execution capabilities especially in regards to Sales and G2M
- Good skills and, more importantly, high potential in regards to experimental and optimization Growth techniques paired with a Growth hacker mindset
- Thorough understanding of relevant and opportunistic tactics across the customer lifecycle
- Broad experience with inbound and outbound tactics including exposure to relevant frameworks, e.g. ABM
- Affinity for data analysis, general analytics, reporting and datadriven deductions
- Understanding of hypotheses and OKR driven work styles
- Strong bias towards getting things done efficiently
- University degree and 3+ years of professional experience
- At least 1.5+ years of experience in a fastpaced environment like highgrowth startups and/or experience in working closely with founders in early stages
- Exceptional work ethic, flexibility, communication skills with a big appetite hunger to grow professionally and personally
- You have a handson mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty with a true team player mindset
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Bonus points if you have:
- First hand experience as a (co)founder of a startup, or in working closely with founders early on
- Meaningful track record on delivery in high responsibility / accountability roles with limited to no guidance
- Working experience in a fast paced and ever changing environment with high degrees of uncertainty
- Relevant and tangible working experience with interdisciplinary and autonomous teams
- Thorough knowledge of common B2B strategies and sales tools incl. CRMs and business networks
- Further interdisciplinary experience in relevant (pre) seed stages of startups, e.g.business operations, product discovery & management
- Strong preference for automation and for leveraging AI tools
Arabic as mother tongue,
strong professional experience and market knowledge in the GCC
