- Supervise the production of detailed highway/road designs for various developments and highway projects in the GCC
- Manage draftsmen to produce drawings and highways schemes to standards
- Managing resources to deliver the agreed outcomes for the project and coordinating with other discipline leads
- Help prepare designs, reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways schemes
- Monitor the designs produced to ensure they meet the design briefs and requirements
- Ensure designs are appropriate and meet the expected levels of technical excellence
- Help to chase the local authorities for the issuance of NOCs; resolve any issues identified by the authorities
- Having approval from relevant authorities such as RTA, DMT, ITC, etc is advantageous .
- Seek innovation in the delivery of schemes and techniques used to design and construct them
- Ensure that the quality system is applied to all highways schemes
- Manage technical and financial proposals while having the ability to read and analyze RFPs.
