• Oversee the coordinationof property showings, client meetings, and transaction processes toensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as apoint of escalation for complex issues and provide strategicsolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industryregulations and internal policies.
• Oversee theend-to-end real estate sales operations process, identifying areasfor improvement and implementingsolutions.
• Streamline and standardize processesto enhance operational efficiency.
• Define andtrack key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure theeffectiveness of sales operationssupport.
• Gather and analyze customer feedbackand satisfaction data. Use this information to drive improvementsin products, services, and customerexperiences.
