- Prompt and courteous delivery of allorders, maintaining a positive image through all each guest contactand through cleanliness of guest areas.
- Assuretotal guest satisfaction in the service of food and beveragethrough the supervision of prompt and courteous delivery of allRestaurants and Room Service orders
- Duringshift, ensure that guests are satisfied by assisting with serving,seating, communication with kitchen, and by striving to speak toall guests.
- Assist in maintaining a highlymotivated and well trained staff
- Open and closeshift in accordance with Manager'sChecklist.
- Train, maintain and enforce allAnantara Service Standards
- Properly executerevenue and check control procedures onshift
- Maintain a safe and sanitary workenvironment for all Associates andguests
- Gather and implement all proper toolsfor running shifts (i.e. schedules, floor plans, reservations,checks)
- Find solutions for problems such ascall outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems thatmay arise.
- Be on the floor during entire mealperiod and ensure adequate coverage
- Ensure thatonly a quality product is being served
- Maintainproper Associate uniform standards
- Manage aneffective repair and maintenance program through the use of workorders, inspections, etc.
