• Updating clients details into the database.
• Maintaining and relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls
• Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• You must be comfortable using and working with technology (we are a technologybased company).
• Research about the client and cold call to uncover new business opportunities within client base.
• Develop & help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.
• Provide smooth transition of accounts to the sales support staff through effective internal communications and proper documentation.
• Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly log for future reference.
• Explain products or services in detail.
• Required fluent in Hindi/English
