Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application Analyze customer payment trends and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement processes to improve collections and reduce DSO Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer payment issues Monitor and report on customer accounts and collection activity Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
