Job summary
We are looking for an amazingly talented IT Support Helpdesk Technician to join our team.Responsibilities
- Provides First level analytical and IT technical support thru IT Call center telephonic support and remotely to end users of Parsons personal computers, workstations and related software and hardware.
- Maintains a good general knowledge of the MIS environment and the technologies associated with individual computers, workstations, software and associated hardware as well as the Parsons standard workstation configurations.
