Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role to assist the guests and manage the reservations in a British Restaurant and Bar, to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.


Qualifications

HOSTESS

  • Previous experience as a hostess and proficiency in reservation management preferred
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service are required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts
  • A hospitality certification would be advantageous
