This Italian-owned business focuses on healthcare, pharma en packaging solutions for their clients worldwide. Operating now from Italy, they are opening their local office in Dubai, UAE. By opening a local GCC office, they aim to expand further healthcare and pharma trading activities.

High-quality Italian-manufactured pharmaceuticals are now going to be available in the UAE for healthcare organizations, hospitals and clinics to use.

Description:


As a Pharmaceutical B2B Trader, you will be responsible for expanding existing relationships and setting up new businesses for the specific market of aesthetic pharmaceuticals.

It is your main task to set up successful trade lines between the manufacturing part in Italy and the market in GCC and Africa.

It is business development at the core, not just account management. Keeping track and making use of market developments to build commercial relationships is an important part of the job.

You will be working independently in Dubai, UAE while coordinating with team members remotely.

An important part concerns knowing and connecting to your client, to proactively respond to developments and create the goodwill factor.


  • Present the company to existing and potential customers in your responsible market with a strong assortment of products;
  • Actively sell the company's current assortment to existing and new customers in your responsible market;
  • Identify, acquire, and establish relationships with new clients in an extremely competitive market, while maintaining and growing existing accounts;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing deals, and postsales support;
  • Meet and crush sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability;
  • Monitor and be immersed in market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including logistics, to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction;
  • Understand the company's assortment insideout and tailor each offer to your client's specific needs;
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and maintain a strong understanding of the market;
  • Provide monthly sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies;
  • Assume full responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the company's success by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and actively contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives.

  • Excellent English verbal & written Preferably fluent in Arabic and Frenchspeaking;

  • Ability to work independently with remote teams.

Education & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree business related;
  • Proven experience years) in pharmaceutical and aesthetics trading;
  • Experience in the Middle East & Africa market;
  • Available locally in Dubai, UAE;
  • Valid driving license.
