Job Description

Follow up on PO update in the system
Follow up on payment
Arrange courier shipments by making comparison
Other Assigned task by HOD
Coordinate andmanage all aspects of the purchase and logistics process
Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors toensure timely delivery of goods
Analyze market trends andnegotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize costs
Createand maintain purchase orders invoices and shipping documents
Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand toprevent stockouts
Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure seamless logistics operations
Resolve anyissues or delays in the supply chain to minimize disruptions
Implement and maintain efficient logistics strategies toimprove overall efficiency
Stay updated on industryregulations and compliance requirements for shipments
Provide regular reports and updates on purchase andlogistics activities to management

DesiredCandidate Profile

Minimum Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Management or related field
At least 23years of experience in a similar role
Fluency inEnglish/Hindi and additional languages is a plus
Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
Excellentcommunication and negotiation abilities
Attention todetail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to adapt tochanging priorities and work under pressure
