    The successful applicant will be responsible forstrengthening our clients position within the UAE or/and GCCcountries specifically Saudi through an increased focus onInternational Key Account Management Dealer Distribution (alwayscomplying with clients COE) and Influencers Spec A&Dcommunity. They will be expected to realize the budgeted turnoverprofit margin and % of sales within a project. The Key focus willbe on developing new business opportunities through Projects KeyAccounts Dealer Sales and sourcing / maintaining marketintelligence. The position will play an integral part in theestablishment and development of key supply chains through theregion. Increasing Market Share Profitability and the Promotion ofthe Group Products by a solution driven execution and exemplarycollaboration with the Group Sales Teams located in Europe and theUAE. Responsibilities
    • Realizing /securing a pre agreed budgeted turnover of sales in UAE /GCC
    • Responsible for turnover % and targetMargin.
    • Actively build develop and explore therelevant business networks (Commercial agents FM design and buildmain contractor and A&D)
    • Coordinationand being responsible for cross boarder internationaltenders
    • Produce presentations and assist inthe production of quotes relating to opportunities.
    • Generate and research market intelligence and the avenuesto secure successful levels of business in the targetmarkets.
    • Key person responsible for developingsupply / logistics networks within the target markets (withManagement assistance)
    • Report weekly onactivity opportunities and personal proactive salesactions.
    • Conduct and manage meetings with keysales targets.
    • Develop and maintain relevantmarket databases.
    • Successfully network withintarget markets.
    • Focus on predefined huntingaccounts and work on multiyear contract relations
    • Following Group HR policy and guidelines
    • Providing input and exchange: competition productdevelopment etc.
    • Undertake any reasonablerequests made by the Managing Director.

    Required / PreferredExperience skills & qualifications
    • High levelof professional and intellectual ability (e.g. degree or higherprofessional education in business administration businesseconomics). Preferred
    • At least 5yearsexperience in an international commercial B to B sales environmentwith demonstrably successful achievement of improvements inperformance. Required
    • Additional studyprogrammes/courses relating to Facilities Management Real Estateand/or Marketing. Preferred
    • Has an uptodatenetwork of influencers in the fields of Facility Procurement RealEstate and Architects / Designers. Preferred
    • Sound knowledge of the furnishings and fittings marketand experience of complex (inter)national tender processesincluding implementation and delivering. Required
    • Has an understanding of business economics.Required
    • Has a sound knowledge of mathematicsRequired
    • Has and understanding of Importprocedures and local regulations in the target marketsRequired
    • Sound knowledge of PC businessapplications (Microsoft Office) and programs particularly inrelation to presentations Required
    • Localexperience of working remotely in Saudi / and or Qatari marketsRequired
    • Good command of English languageRequired
    • Good command of Arabic languageDesired
    • A great team playerRequired
    • Holds a UAE Driving LicenseRequired
    • A willingness to travel to Saudi andQatar Required
