MAINLY EUROPEANS
- Assist Marketing Head in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing Head in developing a marketing plan and budget.
- Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy etc.
- Recommend creative and costeffective promotional activities.
- Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
- Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
- Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.
- Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.
- Overseeing the design, editing, and publication of promotional materials, such as flyers and advert posts.
- Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.
- To be updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Implementing marketing plans, including creating advertisements for different media channels and buying ad space in order to promote a product or service
- Researching current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products or improve existing offerings
- Developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for products or services using knowledge of marketing principles and techniques
- Working with digital media outlets such as social media channels, blogs, video sharing sites, and news websites to promote products or services
- Researching new market segments that could be served by current offerings or identifying new opportunities within existing markets
- Preparing reports on marketing activities, including expenditures and results achieved, in order to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with outside vendors who help create and distribute marketing materials such as graphic designers or advertising agencies
- Managing the daytoday operations of an organization's marketing department, including hiring staff and overseeing their work
- Create and update product videos as needed per Sr
- Assign and manage ad creative execution through ad agency or freelance graphic artist per media plans once the creative direction is set and handed off by Sr
- Coordinating all public relations activities and assisting in developing marketing communication plans.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
MAINLY EUROPEAN FEMALES ONLY
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and PR.
- 5 years of experience in marketing & PR.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills to effectively manage numerous brand activities and resources simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Teamwork Skills: Assistant marketing managers are adept at working with marketing teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal
- Organizational Skills: Assistant marketing managers are able to plan, organize, and implement marketing strategies to boost sale and product awareness.
