About Binance Accelerator ProgramBinance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.
Our Binance Accelerator Program - Welcome event, starts the first Monday of every month (i.e. April 3, May 1st, June 5th, etc).
Who may applyCurrent undergraduate / graduate students and fresh graduates.

The Binance Accelerator Program offers the opportunity for students, fresh graduates or career switchers to work in web3 for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Support senior team members to design and create impactful lifecycle campaigns tailored towards all of the Binance users across different products and markets in the MENA and South Asia region.

Support the team in campaign coordination, management and execution.

Ideate, recommend, execute, & analyze campaigns and experiments.

Assist in CRM marketing platform administration, operations, campaign execution and post-campaign performance tracking.

Assist with ad-hoc and housekeeping tasks as required.

Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a marketing communications, or related programme at an accredited university or college or fresh graduates.

Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Passionate team player who is keen to look for solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing in general.

A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to speak Arabic is preferred for this role.
