Associate Consultant
Scope
- Expert who possesses and applies advanced and diversified knowledge in a field of specialization to the completion of complex projects or assignments that are broad in nature, often companywide and typically requiring originality and ingenuity.
- Supports the development of business and operating plans guided by objectives established on the annual plan for the unit.
- Provides practice and/or thought leadership at a local/market level.
- Responsible for overall relationship and services delivered to one or more significant clients.
- Oversees the work of multiple client teams to ensure client deliverables achieve objectives.
- Responsible for business development and market growth within assigned practice/market.
- Manages adjustments in resources and/or processes to identify synergies that support business objectives
- Role Complexity
- Works on large and complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current trends.
- Maintains standards and develops and implements new systems/ procedures which have impact on functional area as well as on operations of internal and external clients.
- May be responsible for planning, scheduling, resourcing and executing the largest projects / programs Additionally management track focuses on people and financial leadership
- Supervision/Leadership
- May manage a team or may play the lead role in the management of a portfolio of client business.
- Delegates responsibility and provides guidance to team members.
- Interaction
- Frequently interacts with senior level colleagues and clients, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or clients and the company.
- Often leads cooperative effort among members of a project team to deliver results. Able to influence outcomes within broad policies and beyond the scope of their individual function.
