Supports Shrinkage and Safety Awarenessprograms:
Aids Store Management to communicate current shrinkageand safety topics.

Conducting surveillance:

Observes customer's and contractor's(CCTV/floor) activities to detect theft, fraud or suspiciousactivity, collects investigative intelligence related to ORCactivity and fraud, takes direction from AP management to monitorteam member activity as needed, reports infractions of companypolicy to AP and/or storemanagement.

Detaining and Interviewingsuspects:

Conducts interviews in accordance with local laws andCompany policy on customers and contractors suspected of theft,reports suspected fraud to AP management or Market Investigationsas needed.

Maintaining records:
Creates andmanages records using approved Company methods, proper retention ofevidence and disposition of recoveredmerchandise.

Participating in Court Hearings:
Attends hearings, updates appropriated files and maintainsrelationships with local law enforcement.
