    Description
    • Lead on content creation forassigned projects through the localization/ transcreation ofmessages, toolboxes and initiatives.
    • Align oncommunication plan and scope with key stakeholders, briefingexternal or internal agencies and managing project timelines,budget and requirements to ensure quality and timelydelivery.
    • Create detailed, visual, contentbriefs for assets across different channels (Web, CRM, Social, PaidMedia etc.)
    • Ensure that all developed materialsand implemented activities are fully in line with local regulationsand company marketing code, by seeking advice from Legal andExternal Affairs departments, as well as submitting and receivingnecessary approvals for all developed plans prior toimplementation
    • Leverage on market data andconsumer insights to localize content themes/topics that resonatewith local target audiences and execute a plan to educate consumersto critical behavior changes.

    Requirementsand Qualifications:

    • Youhave University degree in Business Administration/Marketing; MBA isa plus
    • You have 3-5 years of B2C brandmarketing experience on the brand side or in a content developmentrole within a creative/ media agency, e-commerce, or social mediacompanies
    • Digital experience with anomni-channel marketing approach (Social Media, Web, CRM, PaidMedia). Strong understanding of digital platforms & toolsis an asset
    • Strong understanding of and passionfor brand marketing and communication
    • Excellentplanning and project management skills, experience working inmulti-disciplinary cross-functional projectteams
    • Strong analytical skills, problem solvingcapabilities and data-driven thinking
    • Contentcreation and toolkit development experience is anasset.
    • Fast learner, curious and outwardlooking
    • Exceptional collaboration andcommunication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test& learn environments, where continuous improvement is thenorm
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent command ofEnglish (both written and spoken). Arabic will be highlypreferred.
