Job Purpose:


As the Team Leader - Customer Conversion, you will be accountable to promote Dubai Commercity products and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of converting sales leads and maximizing profits through high lease rates and long tenancy contracts.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Operations

  • Lead the daytoday operations of the Sales conversion functions providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating delivery of work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Support the effective achievement of the Sales objectives by setting individual objectives for team members, managing performance, developing, and motivating team members in order to maximize individual and functional performance.
  • Coordinate the activities of the team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, policies.

Customer Attraction

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners and support the Executive, Sales with any issues that may arise with a client.
  • Manage existing high stake client relationships, enhance them towards a long term, value generation, and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
  • Help to build and sell customized solutions for strategic clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in target markets and create initiatives to take advantage of same.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, especially new products, and services to increase competitiveness in collaboration with Marketing team.

Strategic Sales

  • Implement new customer acquisition strategies, locally, regionally, and internationally, with specific focus on attracting Multinational Corporations (MNCs) together with Senior Director Sales
  • Close Collaboration with all departments to make sure everyone is in strategic alignment.
  • Implement pricing strategies in coordination with Senior Director Sales and Marketing to deliver profitable margins on a recurring basis.
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
