Windows server Administrator

Network infrastructure devices and services including LAN/WAN, firewall & security.

Managing Google G suite admin consoles

Microsoft Office 365

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Monitoring and maintaining CCTV Systems

Monitoring and maintaining Access Control System.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Setting up accounts for new users

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Testing new technology & Provide needed information on IT products or services

Problem-solving skills

IT Help Desk requirements:
Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for (2) year(s)

BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
