Job Title:
Performance Measurement Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Performance Measurement Frameworks: Design and implement robust performance measurement frameworks and methodologies to evaluate the performance of various products, systems, and processes.
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Work closely with stakeholders to define and establish relevant KPIs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data using statistical and analytical techniques to assess performance metrics and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics on an ongoing basis and generate regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings based on datadriven insights and analysis.
Benchmarking and

Best Practices:

Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices, and leverage insights to drive performance optimization strategies.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards in performance measurement and reporting activities.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.

D. degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related field.

Proven experience in performance measurement, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in data manipulation, programming, and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
