Are you a skilled and experienced Female Basketball Coach looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes? Team Sports Services, an esteemed Australian sporting academy operating in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, is currently seeking a dedicated and culturally sensitive Female Basketball Coach to join our team.


About Team Sports Services:

Team Sports Services is a leading sports academy specializing in Basketball and Football training for children aged 4 to 18 years old.

With a strong presence in Abu Dhabi and a commitment to delivering top-notch coaching, we aim to nurture the talents of young athletes and promote a love for sports.


Position:
Female Basketball Coach

Location:
Abu Dhabi (operating across 3 key locations)


Responsibilities:


  • Conducting group training sessions for young athletes in Basketball.
  • Delivering individualized coaching sessions to players based on their skill levels and needs.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills to motivate and inspire young athletes.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Adhering to cultural norms and demonstrating sensitivity to the local customs and values.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Basketball Coach, with a proven track record of coaching excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, strategies, and training methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with children of varying age groups and skill levels.
  • Passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the court.
  • Must be a female coach to align with cultural norms and sensitivities.
