As a TeleSales Executive in Dubai, your primary responsibility would be to sell products or services over the phone to potential customers in the Dubai market.

This role involves reaching out to leads, engaging with prospects, and convincing them to make a purchase.

Here are some key aspects of the job:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various sources, including databases, online research, and referrals.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects who have not shown any prior interest in the product or service. You'll need to effectively introduce yourself, the company, and the offering.
  • Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the products or services you are selling. This knowledge will help you address customer queries and highlight the benefits of the offerings.
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and handle objections.
  • Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of potential customers.
  • Sales Quotas: Work towards achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of all interactions with customers and potential clients using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular followups with leads and prospects to maintain interest and address any concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team, marketing team, and other relevant departments to achieve collective sales objectives.
  • Adherence to Regulations: Comply with any local or industryspecific regulations related to telesales and customer data protection.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role would be advantageous.
  • Strong command of English (Arabic language skills could be beneficial, but not always required).
  • Confidence, perseverance, and resilience are essential qualities for handling rejection and maintaining motivation.
  • Effective time management to balance between making calls and other administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
