    Requirements

    • Strongexperience in developing enterprise webapplications
    • Expertise/goodrelevant experience on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQLServer)
    • Goodknowledge of Client-side scripting JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo
    • Knowledgeof design patterns is required
    • Ability todeliver software and artifacts independently
    • Goodunderstanding of project architecture and software developmentprocesses
    • Good tohave - Exposure to Azure cloud/services
    • Goodcommunicationskills


    Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or staffingagency) with technology skillsets such as software development,project management, data analysis and business analysis A goodunderstanding of technology and technical skills Hands onexperience with various selection processes (video interviewing,phone interviewing, reference check etc) Familiarity with HRdatabases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Hands-on experiencewith recruiting software, as well as Human Resource InformationSystems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
