PositionResponsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of schedulerstasked with scheduling detailed activities below/within theIntegrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  
  

Areas of influenceinclude:

• Engineering Release scheduling insupport of parts value chain
• Material lead timeanalysis
• Schedule alignment of materialprocurement activities (Design, Procure, Receive, andUse)
• Change schedule integration, coordination,and commitment (engineering/programchanges)
• Coordinate with supplier managementand engineering on development of SSOWs, SDRLs, and EVM flow downrequirements
  
  

This position isexpected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be requiredto work onsite at one of the listed locationoptions.

Thisposition requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearancefor which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interimand/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start isrequired.

BasicQualifications (RequiredSkills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience working onmultiple projects/programs of various size andcomplexity
• 5+ years of experience guidingdecision making in a cross-functional teamingenvironment
  
  

PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience in programplanning, project management, integrated scheduling, IndustrialEngineering, Business Operations, and/or relateddisciplines
• 5+ years of experience applyingEarned Value Management (EVM) methodology andanalysis
• 5+ years of experience in Open PlanProfessional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) scheduleapplications
• 5+ years of experience as provenleader with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communicationskills
