Job summary
Assess incoming leads to determine if they are qualified, meet predefined criteria, such as interest in the university, budget, timeline, age, programs,application deadline etc . Engage with potential students/parents via phone, WhatsApp,email and other channels to gather information and qualify them. Nurture leads/students to apply for the offered programs and register for Combined Assessment Entrance Test (CAET). Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets (Tele calling ,WhatsApp Ing,and Emailing) with prospect students and their parents Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand target audiences lead requirements and optimize lead generation strategies.
