    Job Description:

    Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Fleet Retrofit and Project Manager to join our Fleet Efficiency Special Operations.
    You will be part of a team developing industrial projects. As part of the Special Operations, you will be involved in providing solutions aiming at supporting Customers operations.
    Your Mission:
    Ensure industrial preparation and embodiment of major repairs, aircraft conversions and enhancements for Customers or Airbus Asset Management portfolio of aircraft
    Manage from end to end the delivery of repair solutions, aircraft conversions and enhancements on cost, time and quality.
    Manage relationship and services' solutions developments within Airbus and with subsidiaries, partners, Customers, MRO, contractors and spares parts dealers
    Provide relevant technical data and advisory services to the preparation and embodiment phases
    Pilot preparation and technical support tasks on specific projects.
    Provide on-site advisory ahead and during the aircraft working party
    Ensure supply chain, engineering and manpower robustness to deliver solutions on cost, time and quality
    Your boarding pass:
    Structure engineering degree or equivalent
    3/5 years of professional experience
    Customer relationship management
    MRO and spares dealers management
    Part 145 knowledge
    Supply Chain management
    Contract and commercial knowledge
    Complex project management
