Description
1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to estimation, documentation, purchasing, production and material issuance.


  • Keep and maintain accurate record of estimation, documentation, purchasing, production and material issuance.
  • Coordinate with purchase department and factory supervisor to reconcile physical stock with ERP.
  • Maintain documentation of each project in physical files as well as in soft copies.
  • Oversee and check transactions related to material purchase, issue and return from the project.
  • Coordinate with cashier and record transactions related to cash and prepare cash reconciliation.
  • Bookkeeping and maintain accounting record.
  • Prepare report related to projects work in progress, project costing and project profit and loss.
  • Prepare progress/tax invoices related to projects.
  • Prepare Cheuqes.
  • Prepare reconciliations with vendors and customers.
  • Prepare monthly closing.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare VAT record and submit quarterly VAT return.
  • Must have knowledge of corporate tax.
  • Prepare and present reports when and as required by the partners.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in UAE in same position.

Must have knowledge of manufacturing and costing.

Qualification:
MBA (Finance),, ACCA finalist, CA (Inter)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract


Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • MBA (Finance), ACCA finalist, CA (Inter) (required)
