- Preparesand processes iFusion Oracle System on a daily basis with changesand updates for all payroll-related activities such as transfers,terminations, and resignations.
- Handles entireOut-Process from staff resignation, clearance, insurancecancellation, visa cancellation, and finalsettlement.
- Conducts exit interview meetingswith staff to explore concerns.
- Prepares KPIreports related to the time taken to release the finalsettlement.
- Assists in managing the Work ForceScheduler by ensuring rostering, overtime approvals, and on-callapproval are properly done and there are no violations in thesystem.
- Records, registers, and files alldocuments, correspondence, etc.
- Assists in thestaff orientation presentation given to newjoiners.
- Prepares experience letters forex-employees.
- Maintains the neatness andorganization of personnel files and filingcabinets.
- Assists in preparing monthly HRreports by using ad hoc reporting on-linestatistics.
- Ensures adherence to AmericanHospital Dubai's policies and procedures by checkingpersonnel actions.
- Performs other relatedduties as assigned.
- Bachelor'sDegree in business or relatedfield
- Minimum offour (4) years of experience in a similarrole
- Previous Personnel and Payrollexperience
- Familiarity with Human ResourcesDepartment policies and procedures
- Knowledge ofUAE Labor Law.
- Strong experience in HR OracleiFusion system
- Previous experience in aHealthcare establishment is anadvantage

Description
Performs a variety of Human ResourcesPersonnel-Related duties including but not limited to maintainingthe Oracle - iFusion Database, Staff Out-Process, and all employeepersonnel files and scanned records. Process all payroll andnon-payroll transactions related to exclusions and enter data onthe iFusion system. Provide clear communication to internal andexternal enquiries at all times.
