Regional Services and Operations Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Dots Tech Systems

Description

The main objective of the role is to increase DOTS market share in Middle East specially in UAE and Saudi Arabia, create delivery strategy, delivery meeting targets and develop & maintain customer relationships in the designated region to ensure market growth.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers for business growth for the Smart Cities, IOT, BMS and ELV Systems.
• Achieve growth and hit service delivery targets. Leading a team of project managers and engineers to achieve timely and quality delivery of the projects, meeting project milestones leading to timely invoicing and collection.
• Design and implement a strategic services delivery plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to drive up sales, supplementing turnover, and achieving the desired targets.
• Read design drawings/tenders and lead the interactions with contractors and consultants.
• Get the product/solution approved by consultants and included in their vendor list for future projects.
• Recognizing & establishing financially strong & reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration and monitoring distribution networks to always ensure ready availability of the services.
• Managing teams and their project plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Preferred)
• Certified process compliance, process delivery relevant accreditations.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers for business growth.
• 15+ years of services and projects management experience in Project domain of Smart Cities, IOT, IBMS, BMS and ELV systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be a plus
• Successful previous experience as senior project manager or delivery manager or operations manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
