DMAXX Properties_ is looking for dynamic Tele sales Professionals with experience in real estate industry in UAE, and proven track record in telesales.

If you have the ability to convince the clients over the phone to buy and advice them on different investment options, we would love to meet with you and take this opportunity to the next level.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call history
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies
  • Studying the details of each property, location, types, offer, rent and sale option
  • Calling active owner/tenants to encourage their property for listing, rental and sales
  • Obtaining and updating lists of clients contact details.
  • Cold calls as per target defined.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in real estate sales
  • Tele calling experience in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain longterm relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
  • Experience in tales sales or Telemarketing.
  • Language : Bilingual would be preferred.
  • Dynamic and energetic personality.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Real Estate: 1 year (required)
