Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all shop drawings, generates cutting lists and implements quality control procedures in the production process.
  • Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators.
  • Manages all production activities from inception to delivery.
  • Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion.
  • Prepares production status reports to senior management.
  • Organizes production flow effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Should have 5 7 years UAE experience in working at Joinery firm as Production Manager.
  • Should be able to manage production team of 5075 workers/ Labours.
  • Should be extremely knowledgeable about every stage and aspect of production, from start to finish.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills.
