- Lead, manage, train and motivate ateam of housekeepers, ensuring they have the necessary resourcesand supplies to perform their duties
- Ensurethat housekeeping services meet the highest standards ofcleanliness and safety
- Manage day-to-dayhousekeeping operations, including laundry, inventory control, andpreventative maintenance
- Perform dailyinspections of all public and storage areas to ensure they are upto standards
- Maintain records of supplies,purchasing and inventory
- Respond to inquiriesand complaints from customers, employees andstaff
- Work with the rest of the team to ensurean efficient and professional housekeepingservice
- Implement housekeeping policies andprocedures
- Ensure proper documentation ofhousekeeping tasks
- Inspect buildings andequipment for maintenance and upkeep
- Organizeand participate in team meetings
- Assist withother related tasks, as needed
- Previous experience in a supervisoryrole
- Ability to organize, prioritize andmultitask
- Strong communication and customerservice skills
- Excellent problem-solving andtime-management skills
- Knowledge of health andsafety protocols and standards
- Ability to workindependently and remain organized in a fast-pacedenvironment
- A passion for housekeeping andcustomer service
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, Hotel Management Software, and POSSystems
