Job DescriptionYou would be responsible forOperational Management - ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the bakery, including inventory management, product quality control, and production efficiency.

Staff Management - recruits, hire, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, pastry chefs, sales associates, and administrative personnelP/L Management - responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measuresMarketing & Sales - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the bakery's products and services.

Strategic Planning - Develop long-term planning and goal-setting for the bakery.
The Successful ApplicantProven experience as a General Manager in the Bakery industry or a similar leadership role10+ years of experience in a senior leadership roleExperience in planning and budgetingKnowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)Bachelor's Degree is a must, MBA will be an advantageWhat's on OfferA competitive package + Housing, Car & Family benefits AED36,000 - AED45,000 per month (AED432,000 - AED540,000 per year)
