    ITPs Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic commercial manager tojoin its commercial team and work with the industry s leading B2Bplatforms. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional new businessdeveloper with experience working across different media platforms(digital print social events etc) An existing knowledge and passionfor hospitality in the GCC is essential.     Keyresponsibilities:
    • Sourcedevelop and maintain a new clientbase.
    • Drivebrandnew revenue by creating relationships with new partners andclients.
    • Responsiblefor pitching media solutions to a wide variety of differentpartners andclients.
      Utilizefeatures topics events and products to increase and diversifyopportunities for new partners andclients.
    • Createhighquality presentations that bring each pitch to life during thesalesprocess.
    • Deliveroutstanding ongoing client service and flawless postcampaignreports.
    • Exceedrevenue targets via professional highquality pitching andpresenting.
    • Workwith the Advertising Director to ensure client briefs are exceededand the editorial team to ensure ALL executions reflects overallcontent / editorial standards andstrategy.
    • Haveyour finger on the pulse of the industry using professionalcontacts events and social media networks to identify the next bigsupplier in themarket.

    Requirements:

    Education&Experience:

    • Minimum5 years of experience in media sales including print social events.(essential)
    • GCCregion is preferred but notessential.
    • Educatedto degree level or equivalent industry qualification is preferredbut notessential.

    Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing,proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eyefor design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational andproject management skills. Proficient in using editorial softwareand tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms,content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywallexperience.
