Emirati Pricing Coordinator/ExecutiveMission:
Reporting to the Trade Manager team at the Regional office with a special focus on the exports for the defined scope within

Responsibilities:

Middle East / Pakistan / Sri LankaYou will have to ensure that the company is well positioned on this trade in terms of service and pricing and you will bring the necessary proposals to improve the positioning of the group on the said trades.

The Trade Coordinator will be the link between the agency network in the region and the line management in Marseille and will have to establish a regular communication with the involved point of contact at HO to make sure that the policy of the line is wellestablished within the allocated agency network.

Daily/weekly/monthly performance monitoring and analysis of the involved services both in terms of volume and profitability.
Animation of the agency network

s Sales team based on allocations that you will have set up in advance with the line management.
Customer visits together with agents are not a core activity of this position but it

s essential from time to time to stay close to the reality of the activity and better understand agents & customer needs.

Overseas missions might be considered as well in case of specific needs.

Forecast consolidation to line cargo flow:
daily forecasts consolidation

establish cargo cut list in case of cargo overflow

Requirements:

You have a postgraduate degree (5 years) in Business Management or Logistics as well as over 3 years of professional commercial experience in maritime activities in Head office or in Agency.

You have a strong drive full autonomy leadership and negotiation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
You possess structured management skills as well as a strategic vision and strong analytical skills.
You speak fluent English; you are proficient in computer tools and you have a good command of IT tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
