Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and planning day to day fleet control and ensure efficient movement of vehicle supply to all BRAC (Budget Rent A Car ) outlets.
  • Responsible to control and coordinate with all the departments. and ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Ensure Reservations are fulfilled on time for lease and Fleet Dept.
  • Deliver superior customer service through car quality and cleanliness, fast friendly and efficient service and a timely rental pickup and return process.
  • Interact with department supervisors to ensure maximum fleet availability for all rental locations in UAE.
  • Proactively identify potential areas of concern and develop and implement solutions. Servicing and rotation; developing and recommending maintenance procedures; evaluating body damage estimates and invoices; inspecting turn back vehicles; maintaining facility inventories and Supervises Staff Assistants, drivers, cleaners.
  • Coordinate with Pro's and assign Jobs on daily basis and record, ensure vehicles registered & Cancelled on timely basis.
  • Responsible for organizing driver's duties including collection/deliveries, staff transportation.
  • Coordinate and control utilization of vehicles and manpower. Control on over time save costs.
  • Responsible for registration renewals for all vehicles & update in system.
  • Performing preventative maintenance on vehicles periodically, evaluating and coordinating repairs under warranty, and performing inspections on new vehicles.
  • Responsible for organizing and control breakdown facilities.
  • Basic training of operations department staff, refresher training as appropriate.
  • Coordinating with insurance claims department.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
