Description

Assist in effective delivery of HR Services to all employees with the objective of creating value for end users through efficient resource management process, verify, and maintain documentation related to personnel activities such as staffing, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.

Assist in the onboarding of new joiners by preparing the required documentation, such as insurance forms, labour contracts, and offer letters.

Coordinate with Finance and PRO Department employee exit formalities and follow up on final settlement releases, ensuring all employees leaving the company are managed in an efficient manner.

Prepare certificates and employee correspondences as and when needed.

Ensure to provide updated and correct information to staff.

Update employee files with all necessary documents and prepare employee data.

Ensure all employee-related information is accurately updated on the system in a timely manner.

Perform other related duties as may be required by the HR Manager.

Ensure proper records are maintained for all official documents, including but not limited to labour contracts, ID, Medical, insurance, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience:
2 to 3 years in HR Operations Domain.

Graduate or MBA in HR Preferred Should be eager to grow in the human resources field.

People on Visit Visa will be preferred

Job Location:
Across GCC Locations.

Minimum Exp 2 years.

driving license and Arabic language is an advantage.
