- Identifypitch and build new supplier relationships for Agoda focusing onthe bed bank and wholesale markets
- Introduceand explain the strategic benefits of the newdepartment
- Grow bookings revenues and grossprofit in assigned portfolio
- Suggest businesssolutions based on data to maximize Agodas accommodationavailability content competitiveness and business growth for hotelpartners
- Evaluate existing partnerships anddetermine actions to optimizeperformance
- Identify prioritize negotiatecontract and onboard nonparticipatory hotels ensuring favorableterms andconditions
- Bachelorsdegree or equivalent in any relevantfield
- Three years experience in hotel or travelindustry especially OTA channels preferred but notnecessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word ExcelOutlook and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonalskills & ability to influence external / internalstakeholders
- Driven and Gogetter attitude inacquiring mentoring & building longterm customerrelationships
- Ability to creatively think onthe fly when negotiating with hotel partners
- Ateam player with a professional get it done attitude and workethic
- Strong prioritization and planningskills; must be comfortable making tradeoffs vs. trying to get itall done
