    • Lead the analysis ofuser behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape toidentify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and goals forproduct growth initiatives, and establish a framework for trackingand reporting on progress.
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including marketing, sales, and product development, toensure cohesive growth initiatives.
    • Define and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the successof growth initiatives.
    • Identify and prioritise target customersegments and create tailored growth strategies for each segment.
    • Analyse user data and feedback to inform product improvements andfeature enhancements.
    • Implement user acquisition and retentionprograms to increase customer base and enhance loyalty.
    • Workclosely with the tech team to prioritise and launch new featuresthat contribute to user growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketingteam to create effective campaigns that drive product adoption andengagement.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with externalpartners, influencers, and stakeholders to expand product reach.
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay informedabout potential opportunities for growth.
    • Implement A/B testingand other experimentation methodologies to optimise productperformance.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the development andexecution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on growthmetrics and progress toward goals.
