    The MarketingConsultant is the primary contact with customers within an assignedregion/zone. Perform sales, marketing and consulting functions viatelephone and computer to develop, implement, maintain and enhanceassigned Dealer marketing and customer attainment and retentiongoals.

    • Build strong salesand consultative relationships with assigned dealer base through anin-depth program knowledge, a pleasant demeanor and a positiveattitude.
    • Educate and inform dealer base oncurrent program offerings and services, encourage enrollment, offerconsultation regarding current dealer product/service selectionsand assist dealers with achieving marketinggoals.
    • Create, update and maintain marketingplans for individual dealers in order to minimize risk and maximizeperformance. Present Marketing plans, trends, and additionalsuggestions to client/dealers.
    • Review changesto the marketplace and industry and assist dealer base in adjustingmarketing plans.
    • Maintain detaileddocumentation of dealer communications, including customer serviceopportunities and complaints, in the Contact Managersystem.
    • Edit and proof dealercommunications.
    • Maintain accurate dealerinformation, data, pricing, list maintenance, customermaintenance.
    • Maintain calendars and timelinesfor assigned marketing initiatives.
    • Promotecustomer acquisition, retention and response while improving brandawareness and return on investment forclient.
    • Assist in the creation and developmentof processes and procedures.
    • Produce periodicreports and recommendations regarding performance status of dealerbase.
    • Implement quality control process formarketing materials, dealer selections and dealer originatedcopy.
    • Assist in the resolution of dataissues.
