Responsibilities:
-
Customer Service:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing menu items.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and recommendations.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Table Service:


  • Set tables with appropriate utensils and glassware.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow waitstaff to coordinate tasks and provide seamless service.

Upselling and Specials:


  • Promote specials, new menu items, and upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu knowledge.

Billing and Payments:


  • Present bills and process payments accurately.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions with integrity and professionalism.

Cleanliness and Organization:


  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area as needed.

Adherence to Policies:


  • Adhere to restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable food and beverage regulations.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,500.00 per month
