Ensure the branches are achieving the assigned financial and operational goalsBenchmark the branches under customer service scores and encourage customer centric culture in OrganizationPeriodical review of Branch internal control and Audit escalationsReview all performance appraisal of Branch Heads and submit the report to the concerned department
Job Requirements:
Post Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/MarketingRelevant experience of 10-12 years in retail business with at least 2 years in a managerial roleGood analytical decision making ability with a proven leadership qualityStrong negotiation skills, proactive and self – motivatedHighly reliable and ethical, respecting customers' confidentiality
