Hiring a Call center Agent for Abu Dhabi.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Answer questions about services or the company.
  • Take and process inquiries in an accurate manner.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and get meetings for sales agents.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Follow up with leads for status and satisfaction survey.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Four years experience as call center agent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Clear accent and pleasant tone of voice.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Must be a team player.
