Hiring a Call center Agent for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Answer questions about services or the company.
- Take and process inquiries in an accurate manner.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and get meetings for sales agents.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Follow up with leads for status and satisfaction survey.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Four years experience as call center agent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Clear accent and pleasant tone of voice.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Must be a team player.
