• Operations: Support our day-to-daypayment operations in partnership with key external stakeholders.Balance your time between behind-the-desk problem solving andstrategic thinking, and on-ground operations and problem solving.Be willing to lend an extra hand to on ground-operations teams asnecessary
• Captain dispute resolution: Ensuringthe relevant SLAs are met and captain payment issues are resolvedtimely
• Develop & Optimize Processes:Monitor product performance to identify the operational gaps,inefficiencies, and risks, and work on solutions in collaborationwith various teams. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics toidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions asnecessary
• Product Development: Keep a keen eyeout for new features to improve our operations and users'experience. Manage consumer feedback and work with teams acrossCareem to make sure user feedback is translated into meaningfulproduct iterations
• Reliability: Ensure that thecaptain payments across different channels run smoothly. Issues areproactively addressed with the relevantstakeholders
• Develop Relationships: Fosterstrong relationships with markets and functional teams to ensureefficient and productive workingrelationships
• Product growth: Ideate andexecute plans to make users and usage of Careem Pay wallet growthrough promos, campaign participations and marketingactivations
  

What You'llNeed

• 1-3years of relevant and proven experience in operations, PMO and/orstrategy.
• Strong analytical capabilities,hands-on with Excel
• Experience in definingsolutions to complex problems
• Balance attentionto detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, andwe need to do them well
• Self-starter - theability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require willmake you much more effective in this role
• Younever hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address somethinghands-on, you persevere when others fallaway
• Ability to work on-ground with a"Yes, can do" and "get itdone" attitude
