Asa Zoho Developer youll needto:

• Implementationcustomization and administration of a suite of Zoho Oneapplications including ZOHO CRM Books Analytics Creator ProjectsDesketc..
  
• Workwith the support team to resolve any reported issues track issuesand provide periodicupdates.
  
• Workexperience with Zoho Creator and developing apps usingit.
  
• Developcustom CRM features and widgets and functionalities in support ofcustomerneeds.
  
• Supportto complete projects independently andsuccessfully.
  
• Usevarious strategies and tools to provide effective solutions tocustomersconcerns.
  
• Communicatingwith clients engineers and other technicians to ensure thatservices are deliveredeffectively.

Requirements

• Minimum2 years of experience implementing Zohoproducts.
  
• Goodcommunication skills required for client facingrole.
  
• Shouldhave experience in specific skills: Deluge Scripting APIIntegration with Zoho Apps JavaScript HTML CSS React PHP andSQL.
  
• Shouldhave experience in Apps: Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Creator Zoho FlowZoho Analytics Zoho Desk and Zoho Marketingapps.
  
• Shouldhave Certifications: Zoho CRM and/or Creator (HighlyPreferable).
  
• BSdegree in Information Technology Computer Science or relevantfield.
  
• Familiaritywith remote desktop applications and help desksoftware.
  
• BSdegree in Engineering Information Technology Computer Science orrelevantfield.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of writers,reporters, and contributors to produce high-quality content fordigital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effectivecontent strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives andresonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and editarticles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuringaccuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorialstandards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developmentsto ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, includingindustry experts and partners, to enhance content quality andcoverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across variousplatforms, including the brand's website, social media channels,and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performancemetrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering aculture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Journalism, Communications,English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorialexperience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred.Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbalcommunication skills.
