To inspect, clean, maintain, andrepair all mechanical installations andsystems.
To maintain and repair all mechanicalfixtures and fittings.
To inspect, clean,maintain, and repair all installations pertaining to fire fightingand fire water pressurization systems.
Tomaintain and service sewage systems, pumps, aerator installationsand related equipment.
To carry out preventivemaintenance tasks on all mechanicalequipment.
To be thoroughly familiar with allregulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulouslyat all times.
To observe cleanliness at theplace of work and on the job after completion ofwork.
To ensure cleanliness of appearance anduniform, particularly when working in guestareas.
To be entirely flexible and adapt torotate within the different sub sections of the EngineeringDepartment.
To carry out any other reasonableduties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor and the AssistantDirector of Engineer.
