Head of Department - Legal Affairs

Managing the provision of legal advice and support to all departments of the company, supervising the preparation of legal documents, managing legal affairs, and determining the actions to be taken in the face of the legal risks that the company may face.

Leadership in the development of the offices strategic objectives and plans in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the company system as a whole

Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the

Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the

Review all periodic office performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance the

Requirements Academic qualifications

Bachelor of Law

Professional experience

Experience in legal affairs, law or any relevant area, so that at least:

Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 6 to 8 years
